Fish baked in lavash

Ingredients:

 

1  Armenian lavash

200g of salmon fillet

Fresh tarragon sprigs

50g of butter

Salt and ground black pepper


Preparation:

Cut salmon into several pieces. Cut lavash into large squares. Brush a thin layer of butter on each square of lavash. Place a chunk of salmon on it, season it with pepper and salt. Put tarragon sprigs around it and wrap it up. Place the wrap seam down on the baking tray. Bake it in the the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
