Armenian lavash

1 kg lamb

50 gr onion

200 gr whole pepper

2 or 3tbsp tomato paste

A handful of parsley and coriander


Some salt, pepper, and garlic



Go on with the meat mixture: mix the ground lamb with chopped greens and vegetables. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Cut lavash in round pieces and spread the meat mixture on each piece in thin layers. Bake in the oven preheated until 200º C.
